DESCRIPTION: By now, you’re probably meditating to the NTI mantra “Good Ingredients + Good Techniques = Good Food”. But wait… there’s more! Let’s review and build on the sauces you know and add new techniques that create a fabulous crème soup. Then, we focus on a technique you’ll use a bunch- roasting. You learn some fabulous ways to roast chicken and vegetables. For dessert, one word says it all- chocolate! Master the basics of chocolate and create a yummy dessert.
