DESCRIPTION: Take a quick Holiday time out and treat yourself to an interactive cooking evening of Italian small bites and learn what Italian aperitivo is all about. Our guest for the evening will be Michael Moberly, local cocktail curator extraordinaire and national brand ambassador for Reno’s Ferino Distillery. Come experience what the Ferino buzz is all about. Ferino Distillery is Nevada’s first Amaro distillery – Amaro being a classic apertivo, perfect for before and after dinner. We will cover the basics of punch creation, the classic Negroni, as well as the fundamental of creating one of a kind true Italian spritz. And the menu for your hands-on cooking experience? Saffron Arancini, Gorgonzola & Local Honey Pizza, Broccoli Rabe & Provolone Crostini, and Classic Italian Meatballs. We hope you can join us!
