| DESCRIPTION: Join us for this hands-on cooking class experience as we cook with locally distilled products from 10 Torr Distilling & Brewing. 10 Torr is known for their smooth, clean, fine tasting line of spirits. They use a proprietary vacuum distillation process that allow them to distill at very low pressure resulting in amazing products. The menu for the evening: Whiskey Vinaigrette Salad with Bleu Cheese and Caramelized Onions, Vodka Spiced Creamy Brussel Sprouts, Sous Vide Gin Spiked Rib Eye, Coffee Liqueur Pot de Crème. |
