| DESCRIPTION: Looking for something new and exciting to capture your teens’ interest this summer? How about learning to cook at NTI? Our staff has gathered recipes that are as fun to make as they are yummy to eat. In this two-day workshop, your child will explore many different ingredients and techniques—what they are, what they do, their origins and their niches in the food world. Each group will learn age-appropriate fundamentals of cooking and have the opportunity to make a wide variety of dishes and treats. |
